We accept returns if all products are in their original condition and unopened, please return your item within seven days from the day you received it.

Non-defective items:

If your item has a defective fault or an error, please return the item back to us using standard postage (to the following address below) with a small note with details of your order ID and the reason for your return, and we will happily refund the delivery charges.

Or if you still have the original envelope simply reseal it, cross through your address and pop it in the post. The item will be returned to the sender (us).

Non-defective items:

If for some reason you wish to return an item that is not faulty, just return it and once we have inspected the item, we will issue a refund minus any postage costs incurred to us.

It is easy to avoid these costs, if you either refuse the item at delivery or on the package mark off your address or post it, the item will be returned to us the sender.

Packaging of Returning items:

We recommend all of our customers who wish to return their item to securely wrap their package, as we do not accept liability for goods which are returned in faulty packaging.
